Terms and Conditions

* All items are 100% Brand NEW
* All goods sold are not refundable and non-exchangeable.Refunds/exchanges are approved on  case-to-case basis only.
* All prices stated are fixed and sold in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)
* Items will be reserved for 3 days. If confirmation is not made within the 3 days, the reservation will be canceled.
*Orders will be fulfilled/sent out thrice a week every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 4pm; for instance, payment received on Monday, 2pm every week will be sent out on Monday by 4pm. Paymentss made thereafter will be sent out on the next shipment day (Wed).
* We will ensure that all items are packed properly and address are written clearly as well as return address stated if undelivered. Therefore, we will not be responsible for any loss and damage occured.
* Full refund of the amount paid if order is cancelled by Supermodel's Secrets (e.g. due to item out of stock).
* No refund is acceptable for cancellation of order from customer after payment received.
